My laptop fails.

So the charger to my laptop decided not to work anymore. Like the blasted thing doesn’t even read on the computer. I had no choice but to let the battery die a slow slow death and try to replug the charger and see if it works again.

NO SUCH LUCK.

Well then, I figure I could take it to my computer fixer-upper boyfriend who fixes these kinds of things for fun. But then, even he couldn’t get the charger to work, so I had to order an extra battery and a new charger while he takes apart my bloody laptop and see if I blew my powerfuse or some crap like that.

BUT THATS NOT WHY I’M UPSET. NO.

The boyfriend gives me his old laptop to use while he’s off in lala-land fixing mine, and when I turn it on, I SEE THAT ITS WINDOWS XP AND ALL HE HAS IS INTERNET EXPLORER. I mean his laptop is a really old IBM THINKPAD from like 2003 but still.

OH GAWD NOOOO.

I have to live with this for a couple of weeks. LORD GRANT ME STRENGTH.
